Sorry but I can't remember the name of this place. It's a smallish family run shop on our way back from Nanzen-ji. I had the herring soba that was really nice and sweet. Nope, it's not salty at all. Honestly, not the best but considering how heavy it is raining outside, having hot soup is the best.
