Considering the number of choices here at the Shangri-la Plaza, I'm not sure why we chose this place. Honestly, I liked the wagyu because the meat and the marinade were really tasty and tender. Aside from that, don't come here for the service. For tea and water, we had to call and remind the waiter at least 4 times. On a Thursday night, the place was not even busy, there were only 3-4 tables occupied.
We sort of notice that one of the tables had a celebrity with a group of 10 people and was not surprised when their food first came out and they were served immediately with what they asked for.
I would suggest to go somewhere else where the food and service are actually better.
