What's In My Pantry Today

As of today, this is what's in my kitchen cabinet. I realised that I have a few odds and ends too - from cans of beans and fish to dried chilies and mushrooms to teas and sauces. It looks wonderful in there! And of course, it comes with the promise of tasty treats and dishes.

The top shelf is full of exotic things - my favorite in there are the blood orange olive oil and the pomegranate molasses both of which I use often in baking and for salad dressings. The bottom shelf is mostly grains - quinoa grain, quinoa flakes and couscous - and baking products and spices - from mexican to spanish to vanilla extract and cinnamon powder. Oh yea, and bars of chocolate for making chocolate cake and brownies :)
