These look so amazing - I like the pinkish skin and the light green spikes. My cousin said that these are really sweet and I haven't had dragonfruit since I came back from my trip to Bangkok last Christmas. I think the only time I had a dragonfruit with a red flesh was in Taipei and I can hardly remember the taste. Perhaps it was time to have one but for now, this picture will be enough :)
