I ordered a mini box of organic veggies and fruits from Organic Angels - that is really fantastic, by the way. I got a nice array of vegetables to cook with and fruits to take to work. I got tomatoes, avocados, spinach leaves,zucchini, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, apples, pears, small mandarins and bananas. It also came with a recipe sheet. Yum, yum, yum!
So today, I bought a julienne peeler to make my first fresh zucchini pasta. Suffice to say that it worked pretty well and I ended up with a nice light and refreshing bowl of pasta with bolognese sauce. It tasted great and so easy to make too.
