Taking The Dip: Parsley + Sundried Tomato and Roasted Carrot + Harissa

I was bored on Saturday and I got a load of veggies that I can cook with. I'm not sure what to do with them. But I got crispbreads yesterday and made two dips both without yogurt but the supporting actor here was feta cheese.

Parsley + Sundried Tomato - a basic pesto with fresh parsley, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, anchovies. Simple and good.

Roasted Carrots + Harissa - roasted carrots with cumin, harissa paste and (yeah, you guessed it) feta cheese. Sweet and spicy.
