Spicy Sam @ Hello Sam, Chapel Street, South Yarra

I've been past this joint so many times last year and I finally got to try it. I forgot to mention that I'm a huge fan of Huxtaburger. I had a tiny "O" when I first bit into their burger. However, going back to the the Huxtaburger branch in CBD, it tasted different to what I've remembered. With that, it's time to look for a new place to try. I really think a burger should be made with beef or lamb - hearty and satisfying. And this
one fits the bill. The patty wasn't overcooked and was slightly pink in the center. It reminded me of the Denise from Huxtaburger except without the cheese. There's plenty of items to try. So I'll be back soon!
