My Test Kitchen: French Yogurt Loaf

Another Dorie Greenspan recipe. I like the idea that you can bake with olive oil. Although I sometimes do miss the scent and taste of butter. Having said that, I do find times to indulge, like making a simple pasta with butter sauce but that's for another post.

Aside from olive oil, I also like using yogurt when baking. I always substitute it when the recipe calls for buttermilk.

The loaf below came out perfectly. How you can you resist?
