An Indian Lunch

I can't begin to explain what a joy it is to have someone cook for you. Living alone in Melbourne means having to prepare my own meals. I admit that I'm not the most diligent of beings, sometimes I do go by with just cereal and milk for dinner. Yes, I do like cooking, but then, there are times when I get really, really lazy.

A friend prepared this for lunch, very simple and fresh. It's what I prefer after having so many meals eating out last week. I can't imagine having beer nuts in an avocado salad but, hey, it works! I was also taught the secret of making chickpea curry. I'll write it next time...when I'm in a sharing-mood...
